Heavenly Father, in faith and in the name of Your son Jesus Christ, I am thanking You for the quiet way in which you are setting the stage for Miracle and her children to live a life of peace, dignity, and prosperity. Lord, I trust that this is what you have in mind for our dear Miracle and her dear children. Lord, I have seen this situation before, and You worked miracles in that situatuion. Lord, only You know what is best for Miracle and her children, and so I ask and thank You for blessing them in every way and all ways immediately. Thank You Lord. Amen.

I have been having medical problems now for a few weeks. I have had to have an MRI and see a specialist. I am still waiting on results. I pray the tests come out ok. I am all my children have…

Hello Miracle. You are welcome. I trust in God that you are okay. I do agree that you are all your children have here on earth. You are the matriarch of the family, and as such you are the center of their lives. There was an old TV show called The Big Valley. The matriarch of the family was left alone to raise her children (now adults in the show). She was a strong matriarch, and raise her children alone and ran her ranch successfully. It was a difficult task since she lived in harsh conditions, but she succeeded nevertheless. The show is, of course, fiction, but I do know of women who have successfully raise their children, and gone on to personal success in spite of the harsh elements around them. So, my point is, that in keeping your eyes on God, and keeping the faith, you WILL succeed. Please remember our Father in heaven, and that you and your children are His children. As such, you are the head and not the tail in His eyes, and He will take care of you and your children. God bless!

I’m thinking and praying for you. I’m in a situation a little similar to yours in that my husband is unfaithful and I came across it on my own. He continued to lie despite my telling him I knew the truth. Even when he supposedly broke things off with her, he cheated on me again.

I don’t know what to do and why we have to experience such pain except to know that we must learn from it and not let it burden us or bring us further away from God.

I pray for God’s will, peace, wisdom, support and love for you. It’s hard for us to make sense of everything in our time - especially when it involves something that was not God’s will for you to be hurt like that, but I was told that like Jesus did, we can turn horrible suffering into something beautiful. I try to keep that in mind whenever I am feeling hopeless and whenever I’m out of energy to pray. I will pray for you. Miracles can happen - everything is possible with God.
 
I don’t know why, but something told me to write this: Get the annulment…God will take care of you and your children. Doors will open, you just got to do what your hearts telling you. You know Gods answer to your marital problems. Follow what God had been telling you when you knew things weren’t right after a few months of being married.

I don’t believe in divorce, but if someone is going through what you are going through and constantly crying and alone and being cheated on and not to mention putting you at risk for STDs and HIV…no way would I stand for it! I hope I am not offending people.

Please go talk to another priest and go from there and don’t look back…if the priest advises you to leave…then go, but if you stay…give it all you got one last time.

I will be praying for you that God gives you a clear sign and/or answer to this because you and your children can not and should not live this way any longer.

Please God, I pray so much to you…hear this prayer because something told me to write to her. Have mercy on her soul and restore her for your Will in this life. Please God give her a sign to know that she is making the right decisions in her marriage whatever they may be… And please bless her husband because he needs you more than ever. Place yourself in his heart Lord God. Please stop him from doing anymore wrong in this woman’s life. Please keep the children from knowing what has been going on. Thank you Lord for listening.
 
Of course you can get an annulment if he is unfaithful with so many women. I see you can get the evidence through his computer so no one would doubt you.

If he is driving a Tahoe and living it up and letting his kids and you live without much that is more reason to divorce him. Just how much control do you have over him really? He is already putting you and the children in danger. If you are still having relations with him he may give you a deadly disease. Where would your children be then?

IMO you would have more power if you divorced him. The courts would at least make him pay child support and you could get a decent job. Right now it seems all your money goes to keep up the house and his money goes to buying things he wants for himself.

I would go into counseling if it was me. You need to get the strength to get out of a lousy marriage—even the priest advised this. A woman’s center or your local counseling center can help you on a sliding scale basis. It seems your husband could pay though if he spends money like that.

JoJo’sFaith - So funny about your name. I do not know exactly what it means, but I keep seeing Joe and Joseph EVERYWHERE! In signs, in songs, in print, I am bombarded with Joe and Joseph!

NiceMiMi - I am still praying for you and your son!

There must be a lesson for me to learn before God gives me freedom or a path. On the days that I have the strength, I simply pray for that lesson to come quickly!

I read what the other ladies had to say, and I was reminded of one woman who found out that her husband had a relationship outside their marriage for two years. The marriage was annulled within two months of her petitioning for an annulment.

You speak of there being a lesson to learn. Perhaps the lesson is that you are stronger and more capable of handling a divorce than you think. Sometimes, we need to let go and trust God. I certainly don’t think your children want to live under such circumstances. Children do have an uncanny sense of things.

I will continue praying for you and your children.

I am continuing to pray for you and to have more and more “stronger” days. God is on your side (both metaphorically and literally) - please know that. God wants what’s best for you and he is with you in your suffering to give you strength so that you can learn from this and make the best decisions for your family.

I know it sounds easy from the outside in determining what to do, but once you’re faced with the situation yourself, it’s so much more complicated. Trust me, I know. If someone told me my situation, I would surely say “She doesn’t deserve that. She must leave him right now and never look back and perhaps he will change for the better as a result.” But in reality, there’s so many feelings. Just know that God is with you, your guardian angel, Mary, loved ones in heaven, etc. and people are praying for you to do what is best for you and your children. We want you be safe and to find peace and happiness.

I wish I could give you more words of encouragement, but if you pray to do God’s will - you will not be disappointed. You will be a stronger and better person in spite of and because of all the pain you are going through. My heart and prayers are with you. I am thinking of you often.
