Could you tell me what the catholic church teaches through Pope Benedict, what is the proper,christian, moral way of disposing a miscarriage?

This was addressed last week (?) in the Ask an Apologist forum. Check there first.
For yourself you should have the blessing post partum when the child has died. Yes, it’s in the standard ritual and I recall reading it years ago. It’s a very powerful blessing. You should also seek grief counseling which is what my wife did years ago when it happened in our family. Very helpful.
