Missing Mass- My situation

Here’s my situation, I left to the airport today thinking in the back of my mind that I could just hit 5:00 mass at my destination. It wasn’t till I was in the security line looking at my flight info (at around 10:55) that I realized I wouldn’t be getting home till 6:55. By this time there would be no masses available to me. My question is this: Is this a mortal sin? I know my situation has met the first 2 requisites (Grave matter, I know it’s grave matter) but I would like to hear if it meets the third requisite (freely choosing to do it).

A little bit of info
-I’ve looked everywhere for a mass at my destination but no one offers a mass past 6:00.
-I felt so sure that I would be back in time that I felt as if I didn’t even need to check.

• And of course, I would never have wanted this to happen.

I’m not even sure that it’s grave matter. God doesn’t ask the impossible. If you can’t go, you can’t go. Definitely not a mortal sin since you’re not intentionally blowing off going to Mass, you’re just legitimately unable to go due to circumstances. Be at peace.

Travelers are generally exempt from Mass as a matter of course. You have nothing to worry about.
