My mother and I had a fight/argument on Saturday , and on Sunday she usually goes to mass in the morning whereas I go in the afternoon. While I was getting ready, my mother asked if I was going to church and I said yes, and she asked if she could come with me to that time and I said yes. Well, my mom takes her time and I wanted to leave (and to tell you the truth I just wanted to go alone), so i said hat i was just going to go to the evening mass instead, but at another church which is farther, and she got annoyed and told me not to go drive all the way there. One of the cars was not working right and she needed my car, but she was not being nice from the tone in her voice, so i raised my voice as well and long story short we got into a huge argument. She than told me to just go and take the car, and i said no that i will go to the 7pm mass and she could just go. She kept saying no, so i went. I felt bad now because she missed mass , and she never misses. I don’t think my mother know this is a mortal sin, though. But would it be a sin for her? or for me?
