looking for a priest to bless my marriage to a non catholic
The only priest who can licitly “bless your Marriage” or more correctly witness your exchange of vows on behalf of the Church, is your pastor with the Bishops permission. A Pastor is responsible for all Sacraments that take place within his parish (geographical area).looking for a priest to bless my marriage to a non catholic
A deacon of that parish, or a deacon or priest with the appropriate delegation, may also do so. I’ve done many of these for people going through RCIA where one party is Catholic and the marriage took place outside the Church. The only priest who can licitly “bless your Marriage” or more correctly witness your exchange of vows on behalf of the Church, is your pastor with the Bishops permission.
