looking for a priest to bless my marriage to a non catholic
The only priest who can licitly “bless your Marriage” or more correctly witness your exchange of vows on behalf of the Church, is your pastor with the Bishops permission. A Pastor is responsible for all Sacraments that take place within his parish (geographical area).

A deacon of that parish, or a deacon or priest with the appropriate delegation, may also do so. I’ve done many of these for people going through RCIA where one party is Catholic and the marriage took place outside the Church.

Both links should give you more particulars. Consider exploring the entire site. You did not mention if your spouse was at least Christian, but this site provides information regarding all of these concerns, including marrying someone who is Islamic, Jewish, etc

I’am in a mixed faith marriage. Our residence is in the Rochester,NY area. I have tried a Catholic Priest and a Methodist Minister. I 'am looking for a Catholic Priest to recognize or bless our marriage in the area , do you know of any contacts , my local parish priest is not interested…
