Q. Mods discipline us, but how do mods get disciplined?
A. for every infraction they have to moderate the TC forum for a while

Actually, things have gone smoothly here considering the topics that are discussed. Certainly a vast improvement from the days when I was lurking and many people antagonistic to traditionals caused much havoc.
