No, they are sunni. Yes they are online in arabic, there is no official english translation of these books, not that i’m aware of.These must be Shia hadiths, right?

The Religion of Islam, and those who truly worship the One True God are not EVIL.r. My time on these non-Catholic forums are limited. I cant stand being here anymore, I came to a conclusion that you cant defeat evil (Islam) though the internet.
God Bless.
Thanks again! No, they are sunni. Yes they are online in arabic, there is no official english translation of these books, not that i’m aware of.
GodIsGracious , that’s exactly what i meant , asking the deads for help or intercessions is very big sin . we believe that they even don’t hear you and they have no authority to help you , i said it before : when we ask , we ask allah directly for anythingYou are COMPLETELY MISUNDERSTANDING what it is that Catholics do.
We do not “pray to” images or idols. We do not “pray to” Mary.** We ASK FOR their intercessions and help**. We ASK FOR them to pray for us TO GOD. Asking for something is NOT a prayer. Sometimes you hear us say, “pray to Mary,” in this context, we are NOT saying we Pray to her, but we are asking for her intercessions. The thing about English is there is a LOT of nuances with the English language, and many words and phrases have synonyms which mean different things under different contexts.
i’m sorry , i will try to be more open mindedWe keep telling you what it means. You keep insisting on this so this tells me you keep on insisting on getting it wrong. You insist on not educating yourself to what Catholics do. You insist on being ignorant of our faith and practices.
Well, first of all, it is not worship. There’s a difference, in Catholicism, between prayer and asking for help.GodIsGracious , that’s exactly what i meant , asking the deads for help or intercessions is very big sin . we believe that they even don’t hear you and they have no authority to help you , i said it before : when we ask , we ask allah directly for anything
2 - Verily it is We Who have revealed the Book to thee in Truth: so serve God, offering Him sincere devotion.
3 - Is it not to God that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors others than God (say): We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to God. Truly God will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But God Guides not such as are false and ungrateful.
is that what you do with mary ? you serve her in order that she may help you or bring you nearer to God ?
in islam this act is disbelieve , we ask none but God . we don’t ask such things to our beloved prophet in his grave , this is “shirk”
we believe that not mary nor mohammed nor any prophet or pious men (pbut) can even hear us , The God is only hearer , deads hear nothing and can do nothing for you
i’m sorry , i will try to be more open minded
but actually what you already made clear for me about the nature of your prayer to mary is exactly what i meant when i said worshipped, i know that you don’t divine her or worship her as to be God , the point is that you asking deads for something in the hand of the God alone which means to us that you gave her some of the atributes of God
Wel then, there is no reason for the pbuh and all of the other pb’s that you all say.GodIsGracious , that’s exactly what i meant , asking the deads for help or intercessions is very big sin . we believe that they even don’t hear you and they have no authority to help you , i said it before : when we ask , we ask allah directly for anything
just to understand my objections read this verse

Ben, don’t be discouraged. These hadiths are not true, and in fact they contradict the Quran. Specifically surah al-kahf 36:21.so it is true? Mohammed cursed the Jews and the Christians and you guys are okay with it???!!?! That is all I really wanted to hear. My time on these non-Catholic forums are limited. .
The place where a chosen servant of Allah is buried becomes a sacred place which makes the worshiper of Allah remember Allah in a more favorable and spiritual environment than anywhere else. There is no restriction on the devotees of Allah to avoid any blessed place for His worship.Quran 36:21 "And thus We made their case known to the people, that they might know that the Promise of Allah is true, and that there can be no doubt about the Hour. (Remember) when they (the people of the city) disputed among themselves about their case, they said: “Construct a building over them, their Lord knows best about them,” (then) those who won their point said : "We verily shall build a place of worship over them."
i think that the problem is about our different languages , in the verse i quoted aboveWell, first of all, it is not worship. There’s a difference, in Catholicism, between prayer and asking for help.
And it appears that this is a difference in our belief system then. Here is a link that answers how Catholics view the saints “hearing” us:

what is your problem with that ?Wel then, there is no reason for the pbuh and all of the other pb’s that you all say.
They are already dead, so there is no reason for peace and blessings to be upon them.
There either in heaven where it is already peaceful or in hell, and once in hell there is no peace.

Your post #68, muslims says the “pbuh” everytime they mention mohamad and the islamic prophets.what is your problem with that ?
Perhaps it’s a way of showing respect?Your post #68, muslims says the “pbuh” everytime they mention mohamad and the islamic prophets.
There is no reason for “peace and blessings” to be upon them since they are already dead.
You are sending a “blessing” to a dead person.
Tomarin, my post was in responce to post #68. Elwill stated that only allah hears and the dead hear nothing and they cannot do anything.Perhaps it’s a way of showing respect?

No. You are thinking of the night journey.Did Muhammad die???
I thought he ascended to heaven?
Contradiction in the koran!
Oh bother, seems that he was just a man of faith and sins and a womanizer:Beware of false prophets:!
i can pray for the deads , as for example asking God to forgive themTomarin, my post was in responce to post #68. Elwill stated that only allah hears and the dead hear nothing and they cannot do anything.
So, why the pbuh - why are they sending "peace and blessings" to the dead. The dead are dead - they can’t hear the “peace and blessings”.
If they are in heaven they are blessed and they are at peace by the sake of allah.
If they are in hell, peace and blessing is not going to help them for they are in the hands of satan.
Quote from post below;
I see this difference. It is distinct from what Catholics believe.i can pray for the deads , as for example asking God to forgive them
but i can’t go to the deads and ask them to pray for me ( they are dead , they will not hear my asking)
can you realize the difference
