Well, technically she was baptized as a baby, but wasn’t raised in the faith. ( Midnight Mass at Christmas doesn’t count.) Anyway, she talked to me today about it. Like over an hour. She said she wants to start going to Mass and she wants to learn. :extrahappy:

I’m so happy. Please pray for her. And pray for me too.

Yay! Yay! Yayyyy!!!

How wonderful!! It’s such a great thing to have family come to the Church!

I’m very glad for you. 🙂

Welcoming your Mom back home with prayers. Praying for the intentions of you both.

That is some seriously good news. You were overdue for something like this! Yay for your mom!

Prayers for you and your mom!

Yes, I so needed some good news. She called me into her room and said that she has been praying for strength and guidance and that she just has this pulling to the Church. I am extremely delighted. And so happy for her. She has been away from any type of church for a very long time and for her to decide to come home is wonderful! I’ve been thanking God all night.

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.
