Mom Wrongfully Backstabbed at Work

Hi everyone,

My mom has been experiencing some injustices at work recently.

About 3 years ago, 2 of her assistant managers retired, leaving her to manage the department all by herself. She has requested for at least 1 person to replace 1 of the assistant mangers that had retired, however her supervisor said that she could handle the work all by herself.

Keep in mind, this type is work is for a 3-person job which it previously was (3 years ago it was my mom + her 2 assistant managers), however her supervisor refuses to give her any help.

Recently, a major issue occurred. Although my mom is partly to blame, her supervisor and the boss of her supervisor also played a part in the major issue that occurred, however my mom’s supervisor is using my mom as a scapegoat and is reporting that all the blame should be placed on her.

Since then she has recently been “transferred” out of the department due to the “backstabbing” of her supervisor who placed all the blame on my mom.

I would like to ask for prayers of justice, great news, and great health for my mom, who doesn’t deserve this wrong treatment. She is a sweet loving mother who deserves better than. Thank you all, I pray for all of you each day, God Bless!

Bless you for requesting prayer for your mom. It is almost harder to watch those we love suffer than going through these things ourselves- especially when we are helpless to change the wrong they’ve suffered. Being in a managerial position is difficult, especially when it is a more middle management position. In our lives we will all experience these injustices and while difficult to bear we must do so relying on His grace to get us through trying always to remain faithful to our Lord Jesus Christ as we are His disciples and witnesses. In the end it is pleasing our God which is most important. I will not pray for your mom tonight.

In every need let me come to Thee with humble trust, saying,
