The Holy Monastery of Rousanou/St. Barbara[14] was founded in the middle of 16th century AD and decorated in 1560.

It appears there are a few Monasteries built like this in that area, this one is only the Monastery Roussanou. The wikipedia article in the first post discusses the other ones as well.
