Couple questions:

How does the Monastic Diurnal differ from the pre-conciliar breviary? Is it more similar to pre-Pius X changes?

Where could I get the complementary material, I suppose the nocturnal (compline, vigils)?

No.

The Psalms are in a different order, and matins/vigils is missing.

If you want to pray the whole Breviary, but according to the monastic cursus, then you will need to get, for example, the Solesmes Psalterium Monasticum.
