Monastic or Roman Diurnal?

I have the Roman Diurnal. It doesn’t have an instruction manual, but a good way to get a feel for the flow of things is to check out the site:

Divinum Officium

It has multiple options for calendars, and the one you’d want is the “Rubrics 1960” option.
 
I use the Monastic Diurnal, but thats because im an Oblate or the Order of St Benedict, and it’s the form of the office that the Monastery I’m attached to uses, generally in my own time, I’ll use the new Liturgy of the Hours, as the old Monastic Diurnal hours can be very long (all the Psalms are said in 1 week), so for convenience sake, I use the new hours.
