So i was talking with a friend of mine and he told me that the Bible might support Monolatry because of the “Divine Council” mentioned in the book of psalms, where lesser dieties are assembled by the One Creator God. So guys, what do you think about this ? In other words Monolatry means the exlusive worship of one creator God among other Spiritual Beings. What do you think about this ?

Interesting. Another word for that is Henotheism.

Yes, the ancient Jews were henotheistic, but that dropped away over time as they grew to understand God better. It’s not a position that there is room for anymore.

As interested as I am in history, and specifically the history of Christianity, I can’t believe that it is only recently that I’ve learned these two words (I just bought a subscription to Great Courses, and learned them from lectures in their Western Civilizations and History of Christianity courses.). As I’ve been listening my way thru the early books of the Old Testament (again), I can see how those writings did not deny the existence of other deities, but just told the Israelites to stay the heck away from them.

Since Scriptures are without call it Doctrinal error …
And as Scriptures testify to…
we approach e.g., God the Father through Faith in His very WORD… Messiah Jesus…

You need to study theological works too as well as the decision of the Synods. I don’t know which ones, probably at the beginning when they condemned pantheism and politheism. Sola Scritura is deemed heresy by the Church. As far as I know worshipping the Creator just by the creatures is also heresy. The same goes for worshipping Angels directly, this is forbidden at one of the early Synods.
You cannot skip the decisions of the Church by using pieces of the Bible. The Church was born at Pentecost, the Holy Spirit inspired the Synods. Belief in the Church is in the Creed so is required by God.
I am not preaching, just reminding you this stuff. I struggle too with certain things, just not this one that you mentioned. But i asked for help and received from the Holy Three Hierarchs and I feel a lot of love coming from them, as well as patience, so even as I struggle accepting certain decisions I do not feel alone.
Monolatry is not in the Bible, the whole point was the Jews were worshipping God directly, the Prophets were talking to Him directly. The whole point was to worship God directly. King Solomon had some falls for idols and by the time Christ came Samaria was engulfed by mixed beliefs, that is why the Israelites despised the Samaritans because of mixed beliefs. I know you can argue over the good Samaritan and the woman at the well still recognized Christ even if their beliefs were mixed. But they still had to leave their beliefs behind and believe only in Him to be saved.
God first then the Creation.

Well i meant that we only acknowledge the existence of other Spiritual Beings. I mean even the Saints can be called Spiritual Beings, when we ask them to pray for us. But the worship belongs only to The Most High.
