i am thinking of buying a property of a drug store, like cvs or wallgreen, since some of those drug stores sell abortifacient and contraception, would there be a moral problem buyin the property?

If after the purchase, you were to continue to sell abortive drugs, such as the morning after pill, and abortifacient contraception, this would be gravely immoral. Merely buying a property formerly used in a sinful way is not immoral.
 
Before buying the store, I would see if you could instead promote natural family planning materials and products instead.

See if you can make an agreement with them about that.
 
Have an attorney check your rights to not sell that sort of thing in your state. Remember that these laws are subject to change by the present administration.
 
i am not dealing directly with the drug store, but with a developer who owns the buliding.
