Morale dilemma question

I know that you should not download any music or movies from the web, unless the band or filmmakers-company approves it.

But, take a greyzone situation:

• What if the band allows you to record and share their live show?
• But the record company strongly dislikes the culture.

Then what? What would any of you do?
Me, in this situation, for now - i won`t download it as it possibly could be a sin which would have to be confessed.

Am i correct here on this one or just being “over-safing?”.

Whoever owns the music, controls the music.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find out who owns the music. This will tell you if what you are doing is right or wrong.

Good answer and thanks, i will be safing here and won`t do a thing. Have been given this a thought the last hour and half. It is like with any temptation, leave it be and grow on it.
