What is the morality of procedures to “enhance” the sexual organs?

What is the morality of procedures to “enhance” the sexual organs?
Assuming that the said organs are within the normal range function-wise and looks-wise, it would be dubious morally to perform risky surgery or non-surgical enhancement procedures (and doing anything of the sort in that area is pretty risky).

There was an article in our Diocesan Newspaper awhile back about this topic. While there is no direct Church commentary on the issue, one can surmise that if said surgical procedures are done for cosmetic reasons, it could not be squared with our Catholic understanding of the body. Medical or hygenic reasons are another matter. But if one is concerned only with “appearances”, one would have to question why those body parts are making “appearances” that would be judged by the way they look.
