Blessed Virgin, please pray with us for those struggling with mental and emotional illnesses. Please pray that they feel your Son’s love through the darkness.

Please pray for your Son’s faithful servant Elizabeth, that she may feel the joy of His presence and be spared anxiety, confusion, loneliness, and pain.

Please pray for Karen, that she may be comforted by the Lord’s watchfulness and not resist the loved ones who wish only to help her. Amen.

Good St. Dymphna, you placed all your hope in Christ’s promises, and sacrificed even your life in that hope. The Lord, God, rewarded your constancy by making your name known and loved over many centuries by the thousands whom you have aided in time of difficulty. Please assist us now in our present necessity, and intercede before God for our intentions. Obtain for us a firm hope like your own in God’s unfailing protection. Amen

Please help them not to lose hope, to maintain a strong faith, to follow the remedies and improvement strategies of their medical care givers, and cure them if it be your Holy will. Please bless all who minister to these folks, especially close family and the medical care givers that we might help these special people to prosper and live out their calling with joy and peace.

By your example, touch me to see Jesus in others, to help those in need, and to have the courage to do God’s will.
I ask you to intercede on my behalf for a special need.
May God, through your intercession, guide me to accept the difficulties in my life and to work toward a happy and healthy solution.
May I accept God’s will in my life with strength and love.
I ask this through His Son Jesus Christ.
