Prayer to St. Anthony for Emotional Healing

St. Anthony, dear friend and heavenly guide, be present to all who suffer now, and let them know your compassion. Pray to our dear Lord for them, that they may experience calmness and peace in their emotions.

Help them to grow in faith and hope. Protect them from all that displeases God, and obtain for them serenity of mind and spirit.

I place all my confidence in you, St. Anthony, and I pray for mercy, grace and God’s gentle goodness. Amen.

Please hear the persistent prayers and petitions of your loving children in this intention. Please bless and have mercy on all your people suffering from all sorts of mental diseases, and especially depression, panic/anxiety attacks, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ocd, Aspergers syndrome, Alzheimers, and related maladies. Please help them not to lose hope, to maintain a strong faith, to follow the remedies and improvement strategies of their medical care givers, and cure them if it be your Holy will. Please bless all who minister to these folks, especially close family and the medical care givers that we might help these special people to prosper and live out their calling with joy and peace.

I pray especially for melissa1980’s son and father, for Dean, for Georgia, for Holly3278, for Diane, for Cloverguard, and for three of my family members.
