I think that you will be running into little “one off” issues for a long time. LIsa is torpedoing you every chance she gets. I would think here shtick is getting old with the managers, but I don’t know.
That is what I am hoping. Which is why I am biting my tongue so I don’t look like I am fueling the fire.
I know that you have a very specific way that you want to conduct yourself and you expect others to interact with you a certain way, but, if I were you, I would get in the habit of including her when you are about to do things that are non-routine.
I have tried that and sadly it has not worked. She will take email from the past and send them out to everyone and tell me ‘I showed you how to do this on (insert date of the email)’. She does not see it as being included, she takes it as an opportunity to try to make me look bad

Yes. It is painfully obvious form what you have described. Don’t give her ammunition. Also, I would bring the issue at some point to your supervisor. You can tell him that Lisa is no longer helping you, but rather hindering you.

When I was working, it seems that problems were supposed to be called “challenges,” and everyone was supposed to be a “team player.”

I think that I would reply to the negative email with a “reply all.” I would find something positive to say about the person who wrote the email. Then, I would briefly describe the solutions that I had found to the challenges, perhaps complimenting the person from the software company, who explained the year-end rollover, with a short explanation about the fixes that I was doing to eliminate errors.

Then, I would probably end with a compliment for the “team players.” I would not do a thing to escalate the conflict with this woman. I would probably include a cc to the boss if he wasn’t on the list.

.
I did describe the solution the software company gave me and Lisa was made it clear she was annoyed that I called them in the first place. She doesn’t seem to want solutions/change

She doesn’t want you to do her previous job better than her… it seems 🤷
