Mormon Annulment? Help Decipher

Confusion reigns.

If the first marriage is a valid non-sacramental marriage. It can be dissolved by Pauline Priviledge. This is not Annulment.

If the first marriage is valid, the second marriage is INVALID by previous valid bond.
