My point is, is taking action for a situation that has nothing to do with you is none of your business. If someone wants to reconcile themselves to another it is between those people.
You mean it’s between the guy is talking about his mission president behind his mission presidents back, and mission president that doesn’t always think talked about? Well OK then. :D. Sounds a little passive agressive for my tastes. Are you from Utah or something? 😉

He is not here for honest conversation. I addressed this in post 82, and he has convieniently ignored it. He is just looking for a reaction.

Just like him feigning ignorance on calling Tex names. I addressed that one as well, and he has repeatedly ignored it.

He is just trying to goad you and others. IMHO

I understand that. I disagree with you. To Peking that means that I am “not looking for honest communication.” And given the level of nosiness around here about Mormon bank accounts, that seems a curious thing to say.

Besides if you and TexasKnight can hold me accountable for what some supposedly mission president said in Honduras, why can’t I hold him accountable?

Well, you’ve been banned, but if you read anymore here, I’ll just say I don’t think you are accountable for what someone else did or didn’t do, and you don’t need to use guilt for others actions to try and fix something else.

So if you want to go down the path of “typical Mormon culture”, check out the topics of co-dependency and personal boundaries. 😃

For the record, I served my mission 29 years ago…the man we are talking about died a long time ago. I totally and truly respected him. What he taught us and told us to teach was accepted by the LDS Church back then. I did not believe it right to mention his name.

God bless your discernment, Ezekiel, and your journey.

I hope you find a safe place to explore your questions.

E Stone…from what I understand of Mormonism, it discerns new movements through feelings, and referring back to the burning in the bosom.

The universal Church is just the opposite. We are taught to be detached and not discern through feelings, but on the objective truths of our faith. We use instead reason with faith.

God keep you and bless you.
