There is a lot to be said for the tremendous natural resources and people of Utah and the adjacent states. If the LDS Church were to collapse suddenly, it could be a bit of a financial panic due to their large holdings. But in the medium to long term, it wouldn’t be a big deal, the natural and human resources would remain.W/O the Mormon church in the Mormon corridor, how do you think that part of the country will survive, economically speaking, if their church collapses.
