Is this joke a mortal sin or venail sin?
“Would you give blood to Jesus Christ?”

Joke was like if a charitable organization came and ask you that question. But is the statement venial or mortal sin.

Jokes usually have punch lines,… but I think it is just as well that this one doesn’t.

So, did they merely ask “would you give blood to Jesus Christ?”…?

If so, what’s the matter with it? I mean… it’s kinda along the lines of “WWJD?”… isn’t it?

Your answer is: “a joke is an inanimate entity; it cannot sin.”

I think you’re trying to ask the question “is it a sacrilege to ask the question, ‘would you donate blood to Jesus Christ?’?” And no, it’s not sacrilegious.

Is that even a sin at all? I mean seriously. It’s just dumb, and doesn’t seem to be a joke at all.

Don’t hold me to this now, this is just a theory, but I think this whole thing is just like when someone hands you a piece of paper and it says “How do you keep a turkey in suspense…[turn over]” on both sides.
