Mortal sin or accident?

Sorry for asking but here’s what happened:

I’m happily married and husband travels in his job so I am missing him and our time together.

I was reading a website about women nursing grown adults, like it was normal and good because that is what they are for. No pornishness to the site in the reading material. Which I was curious about due to husband’s being a “breast guy”. I wondered about it…bit of arousing idea. Never done it…can’t have children but it described inducing. While on this site, it loaded slow…there popped up pics of breast drawings and two females in a nursing embrace, drawn characters. I realized it was a site for anyone or any kind of relationship-Gross to me. Then, my thoughts went to my absent husband, wondering if that kind of thing is moral at all?
Nonetheless, without intending, being fully clothed and not doing anything at all to myself, I had an orgasm.

What are my mortal sins here?

Honestly if this was a relationship website such as advice on how to spice up your relationship or a medical website I feel that such a site would have no immoral strings attached as you went for none pleasure/arousal basis. Women due possess the possibility of having an orgasm with no sexual feeling or stimulation. In fact you could be reading the weather section of the newspaper and have one. Sometimes the body will react in such a way with purely medical basis. Thus it would not be a mortal sin or immoral.
