@scrdosnatrnum yes,its a mortal sin why ? because it is said in 1 Corinthians 10:20 No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be partners with demons.[g] 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons. 22 Shall we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?
Do All to the Glory of God 23 “All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up.
Job 20:“Though wickedness is sweet in his mouth, though he hides it under his tongue,13 though he is loath to let it go,and holds it in his mouth,14 yet his food is turned in his stomach; it is the gall of asps within him.15 He swallows down riches and vomits them up again;God casts them out of his belly.
Exodus 20: 5 you shall not bow down to them or serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.
Philippians 3:19 Their end is destruction, their god is the belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things.
James 4:4 Unfaithful creatures! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5 Or do you suppose it is in vain that the scripture says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit which he has made to dwell in us”? 6 But he gives more grace; therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be mismated with unbelievers. For what partnership have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 15 What accord has Christ with Be′lial?[a] Or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said,“I will live in them and move among them, and I will be their God,and they shall be my people.17 Therefore come out from them, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch nothing unclean;then I will welcome you,18 and I will be a father to you,and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
You must confess it and how many number of times you have went and eat ,or shown respect to it have you removed your footwear and covered your head that means you have shown respect indirectly worshiped.because with out removing you footwear and covering you head your will not be allowed in the temple ,with out giving excuses or justifying yourself, confess it immediately its a very grievous sin breaking the 1st commandment.God Bless.
1 Corinthians 15:33 Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
