Mortal Sin?

My name is David. I suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and I also have sleep apnea.

This morning my sleeping mask broke and I thought that I might have had a thought that I hated Jesus because of it.

I am scared that I am in Mortal sin. Please any help or advice would be appreciated

If yu did not deliberately think his (if the thought just “popped” into your head unbidden) and you did not thereafter submit to thinking this (you rejected the thought as unwanted and untrue) then you did not consent to the thought and are not in mortal sin I believe.
