Well in six days God made everything including heaven and hell. If jesus died for over sins for eternal damnation. Than i am guessing who is hell for.
hell is for those who reject His salvation and who do not follow what He taught.

As for God having made a hell… you seem to imply He also created evil, and that God is as bad as He is good, which doesn’t go along with what Christian theology tells us about God… am I misunderstanding you here?:confused:

Lapell, he is asking about Jesus’ salvation…He asks if all are saved, who will go to hell? and i replied : those who do not accept the salvation and who do not live by it.

Jesus said hell was prepared for the devil and his angels, and from the parable of the Last Judgment it’s quite clear that all those who reject God by not feeding the hungry, not giving the thirsty anything to drink, not clothing the naked, not greeting the stranger,not visiting the sick and those in prison, will share the devil’s fate. (See Matthew 25, 31-46)😉

Yes, I understand, but there are those who reject it for a while and then repent and accept. Those who first answer no and then repent and say yes. This is what I meant. Those who maintain their rejection of God to the end are the ones who go to hell…

My answer was surely concise…the point being made is that salvation does not mean everyone goes to heaven no matter what 🙂

Jesus dying for our sins is only part of the story.

We have to apply that sacrifice to our lives; We need to embrace Jesus as our Saviour. We need to offer our sufferings to Jesus and The Cross by accepting the suffering for the love of God and obedience to his will.

That’s what Christianity is about; Penance, prayer, fasting, redemptive suffering, the Way of the Cross and the Sacraments are our responses for the work that Jesus did on The Cross.

I do think I understand what you mean, though, at least in a way. In some books of the Bible which happen to be Deuterocanonical books (appearing in the Septuagint Bible but in the Massoretes Bible), it says somewhere something like this: “Don’t be so sure of God’s Mercy that you pile up sins on sins.” Don’t say: “Oh! God is so merciful, He knows the way I am, He’ll understand!”, and you’d go gladly sinning in peace ( if your conscience can’t pang hard enough, of course), thinking God will give you a valid ticket to heaven. But now, if you let sin come in and are willing to be one with it, know that you put yourself in great danger of sharing the same fate. The “lake of fire” for Satan and his angels is to… destroy all sins. So, if you became one with sin and don’t attempt to go away from it, you will be destroyed along with it! Sin is not to be found in Heaven, and Purgatory was designed to purify you from all sins that stuck on or in you against your will, (maybe not your whole will, but the desire to be freed from it is there). But if you made sin your best friend, well…

Like Ralph Martin says, if you aim Heaven and you miss, there is still Purgatory, and later, those in Purgatory eventually will get to Heaven. But if you aim Purgatory and you miss, where will you go?..

Hi Everyone,

Well i saw movie about Prophet Moses and i want to point out one scene in which when Moses went to some mountain to bring the law from God to his people and Moses made his brother Aaron(Harun) leader for his follower. What did his follower do after Moses depart. After long time when they didn’t hear/see from/to Moses. They start imagine and preach Cow idol. And i think that’s not right thing to make image and pretent that he is God. Rest you will see on that movie what happened. Whereas, with jesus when he raised up in heaven with the will/order of God. Their followers are thinking that he is God/Son Of God and they also preaching him and his mother as far as i understand from this site. Like Moses follower to Cow idol. Which Moses follower are not doing it now. I wanna know that Jews and Christians have same thinking of God i.e, MONOTHEISM or different i.e, POLYTHEISM. I know that jewish believes on Monotheism and i think christians believes on Polytheism.

Please Explain and Provide the meaning of POLYTHEISM? Hope you guyz get the idea of to pray to One God.
The first thing that comes to my mind in reference to the “cow idol” you describe is the false gospel of Islam and its false prophet which is much more similar to idols than the Christian view of Jesus. More Islam propaganda and misleading threads. Pity.

**Only AFTER His death and Resurrection.

I confess there is NO GOD but Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that Jesus is God Incarnate risen from the dead.**

Well some people want to aim successful person or famous person to be like him, like how he success in the world in any aspect. So we ofcourse Muslims try to be like Prophet Muhammad coz he is a ideal and perfect person in the whole wide world. And to follow him is called SUNNAH. and i am pretty much know that you knew about sunnah. And what ever he do in his life time is according to Quran and Guidance from Allah/God. He never do anything from his own will. If he did which is not suitable suddenly revelation from Allah/God came to discuss with him and applied why you wanna do that or stoped him to apply that. i donot wanna tell you in which occasation that verses come when he is about to stop people(occasation related to one of her wife aisha) from something. So my friend what ever he do or act is guided from Allah/God. He never do anything from his will.🙂

Muhammad terrifies me. Have you ever read Chapter 8 of the Qur’an? I can understand why “Muslims try to be like Prophet Muhammad” because the alternative is not pretty.

I confess there is no God but Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and Jesus is God Incarnate.

You are saying that

Father = God
Son = God
Holy Spirit = God

and they are not three Gods but One God. This is what you mean

e.g, Water has three form. Gas, Liquid and Ice.

or they are three persons in One Body i.e, Jesus than what about Father is he same you called Jesus. So seems like you mean there is two Gods. Father/God and Jesus/Half God. or Father come in jesus body and concieved Father in Mary womb. Please Explain it is kind of simple or tricky.

Chapter 8, about the Battle of Badr.

Chapter 9.

I’m not afraid of the Qur’an.

Idol worship is condemned in the Qur’an in many many places. Anyone who worshiped Muhammad would be in grave, grave error.
