you’re not serious, right? the only catholic countries left in Europe are portugal, Poland, Ireland, Malta, and MAYBE Italy, but thats it
Croatia should be on that list. I don’t know about Slovakia, perhaps. There are a lot of countries and though, one might dismiss Germany and France as being faithful, they certainly have many there who still are.

I mean anywhere between 30 and 47% of the population is devotedly catholic, depending on the source, and thats a hell of a lot better than most of Europe

That depends on your definition of “most Catholic country.” There many countries in Europe that still have high percentages of baptized Catholics. Off the top of my head, I can think of Poland, Malta, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Andorra, San Marino, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Portugal, Ireland, and Belgium. Of course, the number of actual devout and practicing Catholics will vary country to country…
