Anyone else bought the audio CD version of this book? It’s great! I couldn’t believe it; but it’s Raymond Arroyo trying to imitate Mother’s voice throughout the whole thing. I wrote a review about it on Amazon.com, comparing Raymond’s imitation to Jonathan Winters’ “Grandma Frickert” character, for those of you old enough to remember that.

But what a great book it is; the wisdom she has on finding your mission in life was worth buying if just for that!

Another thing that really stuck out for me is her criticism of some of the saint’s biographers who left out many famous saints’ shortcomings in thier biographies. She wishes 40 years of purgatory for each one of them for that offense

Grandma Frickert! Boy, that’s dating yourself. . .I bought the CDs also; actually I’d say Raymond sounds more like Mrs. Doubtfire. Good product, though; I “ripped” mine on my iPod and I listen to them at the gym.
