Hello All,

Thanks to everyone who took the time to pray. My mom began her chemo two weeks ago. It’s been a bit of a whirlwind. At first she responded well but the side effects of the chemo have really hit her hard now. She’s staying in the hospital for s few days to get fluids and nutrients. She’s been unable to eat or drink so they want to make sure she’s stable as well as bring up her white blood cell count. Please keep praying for her. The doctor is optimistic that once she’s stable she can return home. Evidently the first dosage of chemo is the hardest (or so I’ve been told) and we’re praying she can get over this hump.

As for me it looks like I have FSH muscular dystrophy but my doctor would like me to see more specialist at the Mayo Clinic. However that is on hold as we deal with my mother’s illness. Again thank you and God bless you.
