Prayed for her and I will include her in my Divine Mercy Chaplet prayers. God bless.

Prayer for the Dying

Most Merciful Jesus, lover of souls, I pray You,
by the agony of Your most Sacred Heart, and by
the sorrows of Your Immaculate Mother, to wash
in Your Most Precious Blood, the sinners of the world
who are now in their agony, and who will die today.
Heart of Jesus, once in agony, have mercy on the dying.
Through Christ Our Lord, amen.

Prayer to the Blessed Mother

Blessed Mother, please intercede for us. Hold
the sorrowful, strengthen the fearful, mother and
love the weary, abused, neglected, or forgotten
among us. Give your aid to all needing help or
healing. Assist those who are sick, in pain or
suffering.

Be with those needing peace, console the lonely
or brokenhearted. Comfort the lost or hopeless,
Guard the unborn, pray for those who are dying
or who have died, soften those with hardened
hearts. Enlighten those who do not yet see truth.
Help us be brave enough to let our hurt and anger
go. Show us the way to do the right thing, protect
those who are in danger and guide us from every evil.
May all who keep your sacred commemoration
experience the might of your assistance. Through
your Son, Christ Our Lord, amen.

May God’s will be done. I will remember you and your family in prayer.

(I’d noticed you hadn’t posted in a while. I’m sorry to hear about your MIL. )

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Praying for her

Philippians 4:6-7 : Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Thank you all for your prayers. I had a friend more local to her send for the anointing of the sick. MIL is Lutheran, but permitted me to bring in Miraculous Medals and a St Benedict crucifix to help deal with the “spirits”, which lasted six years. Since her stroke, she hasn’t mentioned them. She’s entering her second day without food or fluids, and has lost the ability to swallow.

Father please bless her and welcome her into the kingdom of God. May she be comfortable and the family put at ease. In your name, Jesus amen!

Prayers for your MIL to have a peaceful transition into the arms of Jesus, and for you and your husband and family to be consoled in your grief. In Jesus’ Name I humbly ask this. Christ the Consoler, please bless and help this dying woman and her family. Thank you in advance.

Our Lady of Grace and St. Joseph, please intercede. Thank you. Amen.

For your MiL and your family…

Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not, into temptation but deliver us from evil, Amen

NEED HUGE PRAYERS NOW!!! They are sending her to a not-nice facility that has bad reviews for patient care. My own aunt left there after ten hours of no nurses or care. MIL could literally die and nobody would know for several hours. Private nurses are not permitted.

One of my sisters is going ballistic about this, but I am helpless to intervene. Please pray for the facility, and that her sons can get everything done before the Lord takes her.

Hail Mary,

Full of Grace,

The Lord is with thee.

of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary,

Hail Mary…

Jesus, please help ASAP. In Your name I ask this. Thank you in advance.

Our Lady, Undoer of Knots, and St. Joseph, Patron of the dying, and St. Jude and St. Padre Pio and St. Mother Teresa, please pray for this situation. Thank you. Amen.

Thanks to all who responded. She is barely eating and drinking. Hubby guestimates that she will probably live another two weeks. My son has his acoustic neuroma appointment in about the same time frame.

Update from last night: she has regained some strength; may have moved her left side on her own; has eaten 25 to 50% of her food.

Thanks again for the prayers!
