I’m just wondering the rules about mentioning Mother Teresa during Mass. The priest mentioned her when he was asking for the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, all the Angels and Saints, St. Ignatius Loyola, then he mentioned Mother Teresa. I heard that the priest can only mention canonized saints (i.e. they are in the canon), unless you’re in her diocese, or something. I’m in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
