Blessed Mary, ever Virgin. Queen of Martyr’s, Queen of Heaven. Thank you, for your
‘yes’: through such humility, death itself has been conquered.

Happy Mother’s day to all mothers. A day to recognize all mothers, their beautiful sacrifice.
To thank God for our mom, and so we recognize thankfulness for family.
To pray for mothers who have not represented motherhood well, that God may heal
that which needs healing. A day to forgive our mother, and to pray for her, as we have to
pray for our mother (though indeed it may be ever so hard). And, I feel driven to say, to
pray for those who would have been mothers, for those who desire to be mothers.

Along with thinking of mom, Mother’s day reminds me the importance of family.

I pray for mothers, and I thank God for mothers.

May God bless you, and Blessed Virgin Mary pray for you on this Mother’s day and always.

Hasn’t Mother’s Day long gone? I’m sure it was around the 3rd Sunday of Lent?

But we should always Pray for all mothers, and mothers-to-be.

In the UK you have Mothering Sunday, which falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent (Laetare Sunday); it was April 3 this year. In the U.S., we have Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May, which is today.
