Yea but then you would have all types of questions arise ! For instance, people would ask how do we know this is the devil ? If the devil is so smart and cunning why would he take over someone and announce who he is, expecialy since he is the king of lies? Why does he put all his eggs in one basket when he can simply take one over go out And deceive many more and take over more people by acting smart and cunning through this individual instead of being reclusive and making the person seem gross, that’s not to smart so if he is smart and cunning this can’t be him? Then you would get, how do we know we are not being deceived and this isn’t some entity possing as the devil to make him look bad? All kinds of questions would pop up, see what I mean? Also the Antichrist is suppose to deceive the world and I hardly think that possible by acting out like Satan is shown to act while taking people over so are we saying his son is smarter than him? Then you would get , what god was Satan before this named appeared by the Hebrews and when they found out people had better hope he wasn’t some human friendly God like Enki. See how this could open up doors for disaster?
Ahem - Satan is the god of this world at the moment, and he operates through occult organizations, such as freemasonry and the illuminate (13 Dynasties). NWO is not difficult to understand if you realize that Satan is its evil leader. Satan works through occult inspired individuals, and demonic organizations to accomplish his works of darkness.

If we consider the occult influences which Satan uses to infiltrate people’s daily lives, it becomes apparent that the NWO is the Beast system of the coming Antichrist. The stage is being prepared. The world’s religions are being aligned into a unified New Age belief system. The world’s economies, governments, and resources are being restructured under globalist control. Satan’s ultimate goal is a Global Godless Totalitarian Communist Police State.

Many people no longer believe in a world that exists outside of their physical reality - see, touch or hear. I for one, know there is a spiritual world that exists. A world that many are oblivious to - until they experience it for themselves.

I am a firm believer that there are demonic spirits out there that are out to destroy us. I also believe that there are angels sent to protect us as well. It’s the spiritual warfare between demonic and angelic spirits, the battle between good and evil, that spills onto the worldly plain for anyone to see that is willing to look.

As Christians, may we be diligent to expose such works of darkness by shining the revealing Light of God’s Word upon them.

I hate to break everyones bubble but the catholic church has been lying to people for thousands of years and although I believe in god…I hate naive people and many “church going” people tend to fall into this category including my loving and wonderful aunt whom I love very much! A perfect example is Martin Luther and his 95 these of contention. Martin Luther threatened the catholic church’s reigof power and therefore he was thrown away like yesterdays news. I wont get into details because it is easily found in a google search but none the less a perfect example of the catholic church’s hunger for power.

I dont go to church every week but I do talk to god and try to help out my fellow man whenever possible and what I find really truly amusing is that when i do go to church I see 50% of the people that wouldnt do a damn thing to help someone in need and are greedy and selfish and think that going to church will get them a place in heaven.

Then I see some of you people bashing this movie…Ok, yes it was terrible and probably 95% false but regardless many of your remarks I find irritating.

Does everyone REALLY believe that catholicism is the only way into heaven??? Every other GOOD person that has devoted themself to another religion is damned? Common…open your eyes! God is amazing and has given us a wonderful opportunity and has blessed us with a beautiful world. Open your eyes to it and stop being so narrow minded. The catholic church has been trying to control the monopoly on religion for 2000 years and they have did some terrible things to hold onto that power. Look under a rock, dip your feet in the water, walk through the field, gaze at the trees blowing in the wind, admire the sunset, stand mesmorized by the stars…God is EVERYWHERE, not just in the catholic church!

…perhaps you want to look at the Catholic News Service’s review of the movie, here:
catholicnews.com/data/movies/12mv001.htm

All of my desire to watch the film (which wasn’t much to begin with, honestly) has diminished.

For those who have seen it, did CNS exaggerate the claims? Or is it accurate?
taken from review:

*Said clerical types – Ben (Simon Quarterman) and David (Evan Helmuth) – are renegade exorcists who step in when the “institutional,” “bureaucratic” church is too cowardly, hypocritical or just plain stupid to grant the possessed the rites that will set them free. Ben – an unshaven, twentysomething Englishman who seems permanently on the edge of forming an “Occupy Vatican City” movement – is particularly outspoken with his prejudices.

Such bigotry is never challenged. Nor does it ever seem to occur to anyone on screen that the church might have good reason to be wary of granting exorcisms. If performed on someone who is mentally ill – as opposed to genuinely possessed – after all, the ritual could potentially cause significant further psychological damage.*

👍 love this review!

looks like garbage to me. i won’t be viewing.

I watched it tonight. I thought it was great!

It was of the brand of more realisitic (I’m presumming) exorsisms like The Rite, but done in documentary style. I would really recommend this film. 👍

I can’t find anything on line telling the true story of this film which leads me to believe it’s not true.

I’ve read the real story behind the Excorsist movie which was good and put the Church in a great light.

Even The Rite was based on a true story.

If anyone can find the story this is based on I would appreicate a link.
Hi. I’ll post to you an interview I found with the filmmakers. That should answer your question about it’s truth or falsity.

collider.com/the-devil-inside-william-brent-bell-matthew-peterman-morris-paulson-interview/136384/

In short though, the story in and of itself insn’t true, but it was researched with books and interviews.

I’m reading a lot of people here saying that, The Devil Inside, was anti-Catholic. I don’t personlly think that it was so. My mother didn’t get that impression, either and she’s Catholic.

Satan does not operate through occult organizations like the Freemasons and Illuminati. I’ll grant you there is a fake Illuminati around trying to convince people they’re the real deal and they probably ARE the Beast system, but the real Illuminati wouldn’t do or say the things this group does. This is a bad group. The occult organizations are on our side. Please do not malign them. There are just too many lies out there about these groups and the occult in general. Perhaps, I can’t expect, then, that it would be very easy for you to know the truth. You are saying some rather nasty things, though, about very good people. These groups are the ones that are trying to help you. Please, try to see them as friends rather than enemies. 🙂

What exactly do you mean by “occult inspired individuals”?

IMHO the movie is not entirely anti-catholic. I think it depends on how deep you view it. Indeed, guys are making some extremely critical statements about the Church, but how their zealous “underground” war actually ends?

The Church appears to be 100% right. One exorcism attempt failed, leaving 2 priests and 1 nun dead, decision to isolate elder Rossi appears to be a wise one and possibly the only way out. Two overconfident amateurish enthusiasts, who think they are far cleverer, than organisation, processing the rite for hundred of years, grab the bull by its horns without any consideration, intervene and fail miserably. Instead of 1 victim we have at least 4 at the end (nothing to say about driver and pasengers in another car from an accident).

This logic however, is not that visible and requires sort of calm post-movie analysis. IMHO it would be good if it could have been made clear for example during the last panic phone call to elder exorcism expert from hospital, in form of his negative and somewhat pathetic comment like “what have you done, idioto?”.

I think some doctrinal mistakes could be explained not by anti-catholic sentiment, but rather by lack of knowledge and will to research deeper.

All-in-all, when considerign from such position, I do not think movie is actually that bad, althoough I think one could spend its money better:)

I was at the cinemas today and I saw the trailer for the film Devil Inside and the tagline was “The movie the Vatican doesn’t want you to see” this tagline gives me the impression it is a film that will have Dan Brown fans flocking to see.

I got the impression the film was anti-Catholic from it’s tagline “The film the Vatican doesn’t want you to see”

It seems like something that would have Dan Brown fans flocking to see.

The movie “The Rite” with Anthony Hopkins I thought was good. I liked the way the character Michael represented a faithless, disbelieving world, that needed material proof. I liked the way it didn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, it was just matter of fact. I can see the Vatican supporting it, to me it’s the only decent exorcism movie, period.
