Moving in winter

[ImKevin]

Please pray for me and my family we are moving in three days. It will take us 6 days to get to our new destination. I have 3 little guys and two of them are sick, and I’ve got the sore throat happening… -

Thank You

[Mardi_M]

Oh Kevin! It all sounds a bit overwhelming. Praying for you and your wife and your children

[midori]

I hope it goes smoothly for y’all and that things pull together for a safe, uneventful trip. Dayquil, and orange juice with strawberries, help me when I’ve got a sore throat happening, because I’m too wussy for a hot salt water gargle.

Prayers are with you.

Prayer for Travelers

O Almighty and merciful God, who hast commissioned
Thy angels to guide and protect us, command them
to be our assiduous companions from our setting out
until our return; to clothe us with their invisible protection;
to keep from us all danger of collision, of fire, of explosion,
of fall and bruises, and finally, having preserved us from all evil,
and especially from sin, to guide us to our heavenly home.
Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.
