Moving soon...please pray that our house sells

Although it seems insignificant, not being able to sell our house just compounds the other stress in my life. We are military and relocating to another state in 6 weeks. It’s been on the market since November with only 2 showings. We only want to break even and walk away with our down payment. It’s in a good location, we’ve done a lot of upgrades, priced to sell, great incentives and the house shows well. We just can’t get people in too look at it because of all the other houses on the market.

Please pray that the right family comes along…soon.

Dear Lord, we pray that your guiding hand would be on this family during their relocation. Please being them a buyer soon and calm their anxiety during this time of transition. In Jesus’ name we pray.

I am praying for you and your family. I would also recommend that you begin a novena to St. Joseph and place a statue of him on your property. We did this last year and two weeks later we had a reasonable offer on our house. Some people will tell you that you that you need to bury the statue in your yard, etc., but we just put it on a shelf in a closet (I have a hard time with burying a statue of a saint).

Of course your need is important, with the complications and stress it brings into your lives. When we were having difficulty selling our home years ago, my husband smiled and said, "I am waiting for our true realtor to find the right buyer for our home. "“The Lord?” I asked, “Yes” he replied. It is very stressful each day before the buyer comes along. God grant it will be soon. May God give you His peace.
