Moving to Utah - What are some Mormon resources?

My daughter will be attending University of Utah. I am looking for resources to give her to educate her on how to deal with Mormon questions. I had heard a radio broadcast from a convert from Mormonism who has a book, but I don’t remember who it was.

Unfortunately I do not know specifically which book you are referring to (there are a number of potential candidates), but available in the Catholic Answers online shop is a book called Inside Mormonism: What Mormons Really Believe by Isaiah Bennett (a former Catholic priest who converted to Mormonism and then returned to the Catholic Faith).
