Mozarabic and Ambrosian Liturgical Rites in USA?

Is it possible to celebrate either of these Liturgical Rites in the USA? Also for that matter any of the other Western Liturgical Rites outside of their respective Archdiocese? I would really love to see the other Western Rites, but I do not know if or when I will get to go to where they are celebrated regularly. Please excuse and correct me if I am stating anything incorrectly.
