…Oh…hey…I didn’t mess up c: never mind on me correcting myself…

When two cells join, you have a new creation, weather there bugs or virus under a microscope, does anything under a microscope have an opinion concerning there existence ? Who has the right to determine the fate of new life ?

Apparently they do…this makes me sick. Soon, it will be that if the person is under 18 they aren’t “alive”. Think about that. Anytime a kid does something wrong, their life could be on the line.

I was raised around a group of fundamentalist Christians who were absolutely and totally anti-abortion. On the other hand, they were also against “children’s rights”, because they interfered with the parent’s ability to use corporal punishment and other training methods that some would consider abusive. They did not believe that children were really their own people, but that the child should submit to their parents in all things and not have any of their own ideas. I don’t understand how they reconcile these two ideas.

Now I have acess to the rest of the world, and I find out that the liberal advocates of “children’s rights” are also the ones who support abortion. I don’t understand how they reconcile these two ideas, either.

And NOW, we have this group that wants to make it legal to kill 3-year-old children. I just do not understand how anyone can support that. Surely it flies in the face of both the pro-life stance and the idea that children have rights and should be protected from their parents if neccessary. And yet, people support it. It makes no sense whatsoever and flies in the face of every argument I have ever heard, but people support it. :banghead:
