Yes there is a priest shortage here and to what I hear there wouldn’t be any ordination for 2 year in the archdiocese of manila no seminarian will become a deacon or a priest yet sadly. The thing I love here is the priests are very caring they try their best and you can see it.
 
Pray very hard daily for a great increase in the ordinations of faithful Catholic priests for the Philippines. I know there are a lot of faithful Catholics in the Philippines, so there are plenty of men God could call to the priesthood. 🙂 Maybe there are many men who don’t realize God is calling them to the priesthood or something else is holding them back from answering God’s call. Whatever the case, pray for them. Encourage and support any man you might think would make a good priest or has been considering becoming a priest.
