Zionism running amok would be just as deadly as the Islamic equivalent!

Any extremists running amok are deadly. But when Jewish extremists run amok like Yigal Amir and Baruch Goldstein, they are abhorred and condemned by the vast majority of Jews. The Israeli government has banned the Jewish extremist political Kach party.

As a Catholic, I would much rather live in Israel than anywhere in Saudi Arabia, Iran, or Afghanistan.

My first impression is that these rabbis are way way out…

They are a product of their environment. There is so much fratricidal hatred between the Jews and Arabs going back thousands of years…it is almost like Cain and Abel…alot of pathological envy on one hand, a contempt to seeing the other as ignorant the other, creating alot of polarity…

They are in a dynamic unique to them.

It is also why I am very much against seeing these problems come to other shores…as it seems so unresolvable…sacrificing blood comes out of the Semitic culture. And when the concept of sacrificing blood is united with a most intense hatred anywhere on the planet…it is very frightening to witness. Such intensity of emotions I have not seen anywhere as in the Middle East…it gives scandal because the Middle East is the birthplace of the world religions.

Only Christ can bring true peace to this world, one heart converted at a time.

It’s always something with religion

Dang, the Jews should’ve got rid of all non-Jews…then they wouldn’t have to write that book.

After all, didnt the old testament say stone people??

Both men have strong support among ideological Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank, but the wider religious community also took up their cause.
They need something to justify the whole settler movement. Jews say they are chosen, to be a light upon the world. A priestly people. But how can they when a good bit of the religious Jews are blinded by racism? They are suppose to be the ‘bigger man’. I can understand when the attack from Arabs is unprovoked, but settling on land outside of Israel is wrong.

Though, Jews are strong people. And will not give up their land easily. I see an endless fight, until Christ comes back.

Can not stone an innocent, law abiding person.

God is kind and merciful. There is no one who is beyond the pale of his redemption. There is no one whom God cannot redeem and use for his purposes.

I worry sometimes that we might be forgetting that in our society.

When I am reading on the internet, or listening to the radio or TV, I am surprised at how many people seem so angry and judgmental. In blog posts and comment boxes, people question each other’s motives. They accuse and threaten.
Code:
Everywhere in our culture, people seem so quick to condemn. It is very hard to find words of mercy or understanding for someone who has done something wrong. There are many good people out there saying things they know they shouldn’t be saying.

We need to watch out for these tendencies in our lives, my friends.

People make mistakes. They sin. Some people do evil that causes scandal and grave harm. We can condemn the offense and work for justice — without trying to destroy the person who committed the sin. We are called in all things to charity and truth, kindness and empathy. No matter who are dealing with.

The life of Mary Madgalene is a reminder that God is always merciful — even if we are not.

Well, being Jewish has never immunized anybody from being bonkers.

The problem in Israel is the way in which the party political system seems to create a kind of lethargy over the handling of extremists.

I’d rather not live in any of those four extremist nations.

Yes, one heart at a time. the problem is that men are seeking peace without God, it wont happen. Jesus gives a kind of peace that has been abandoned and no longer is talked about it.

It is all about us humans now and days. Prayers should be for nations to repent and return to God. Never hear that anymore.
