I would say using the Kyrie from Mozart’s “Requiem” wouldn’t be right since it was composed for a Requiem mass. Kind of macabre, to me.
We didn’t have a Tridentine Nuptial Mass (at the time when we got married in 2003, that would not have been permitted), but for our nuptial mass we used Palestrina’s Missa Aeterna Christi Munera.

His Missa Brevis is also very nice. I don’t usually like the sound of counter-tenors as they almost always sound like their voices aren’t true (it’s rare to hear a good counter-tenor), but it’s hard to find recordings that don’t use them. I prefer female altos or boy altos singing the alto line. (just my opinion)

Mozart’s “Ave Verum Corpus” is always beautiful and reverent to use for communion.
We used Faure’s “Ave Verum Corpus” during communion which is a two-part choir which can be sung by female soprano/alto parts or by a boy-choir.

We also included in our communion Mozart’s “Laudate Dominum” from his “Vesperae Solemnes de confessore in C”.

I love Monteverdi’s “Cantate Dominum” (usually done around the 4th Sunday of Easter - I’m not sure if it would be ok for use during a nuptial mass, but the words and the music are so joyous. I love it whenever our parish choir does it. It’s so inspirational hearing it in church at mass.)
