Dzheremi if it is not truth then what is it? it is a lie and calling it anything else is just political correctness.

Secondly my picture has nothing to do with the crusades but the reconquista my name santiaguista means a follower of the order of Santiago who w re an order of knights who defended Spain from Islam. It is these knights who are depicted on my blog and they had nothing what so ever to do with the crusades.

It is there not because I am advocating holy war but because I believe that we should defend our religion with the same spirit. For me they are a symbol of resistance and that’s why they are there.

Back to your argument about maligning Islam I never once on my blog have said anything bad about Islam or their beliefs. my focus is defending Christianity not maligning or attacking Islam. Again my reference to lies is accurate because that’s what they are exactly the bible being twisted to suit their own beliefs which I believe to be a lie against the truth of the gospel and I think labeling it as anything else out of a desire to be politically correct is false.
I admire you for standing up for what is right in this world. I also admire you for not succumbing to political correctness. Muhammad made Jesus into a someone that will come back and be a bloody JIhadist, there has been centuries of bloody thirst against Christians that isn’t showing any signs of stopping, all due to the koran’s misinterpretations and Muhammad’s misunderstanding of the Trinity and the Bible. Political correctness will be the end of us and I for one would like to see it banned!!!

I understand where dhzeremi is coming from and he is not calling it political correctness, but I don’t know. They have that thing called taqiyya and they even lie about that. I think at the end of the day we must evaluate who we really intend to reach. What area are we good at? I am better at reaching our own so would rather leave the soul saving to someone else. Understanding for each other’s way is also needed.

I don’t particularly like discussing with Muslims because I have never come across one that even attempts to understand my religion/views from my point of view. At some point in time I got tired of them. They come with the same arguments, the same hogwash, the same deceptions, the same … well, you get my drift. I can see the brainwashing they all get and the lack of curiosity about anything else. Then I go to places like Facebook and they are just foul. Every so often I come across one that I think is sincere and wants to discuss but it is the same old thing and they have no intention of finding out where we come from or reading the Bible to understand anyone else. If I want to understand a Hindu, I don’t read the Quran. If I want to understand a Buddhist, I don’t read a Quran and that goes for Christians and Jews - I don’t read a Quran to understand them. And that is my point, they are not here to understand but for dawaa and taqiyya.

Why did you stop there? Buddhists and UFOlogists are just as bad. I had recently joined a Buddhist forum site and was banned in under 24 hours! I didn’t even do anything!
I used to have faith that people could discern the obvious prejudice portrayed in the atheist propaganda compared to the Christian propoganda. But not anymore.
Yes a great many Buddhists and Hindus also hate Christianity. They have a website “crusader watch” which seeks to demonize Christianity based on catholic sex scandals and some malpractices of evangelical missionaries in India as if they somehow reflect on the religious teachings.

I read some of the Hindu comments on that site, I have never heard such utter hatred and disgust in my entire life. I used to think Hindus and Buddhists had no problem with other religions but I guess I was wrong

People are becoming brainwashed by atheist propaganda that Jesus is pagan and was copied from hours, mithras Krishna etc is a belief that has been soundly refuted but often rears its ugly head or the atheist myth that Constantine invented Christianity or the myth that Jesus never really died on the cross but was revived. Atheist propaganda is everywhere and it is largely this that Muslims and other skeptics use.

what reason did they give for banning you?

I think at some point in history the Christians ‘did a number’ in India. And that is where that hatred comes from, I think. I am on shakey ground here. I discuss with Hindus but I usually do that on common ground - we hate Islam and we give each other knowledge about it. We have more in common than not and that is that Islam wants us gone or subjugated. And that is the common ground that we need to seek. We need to stop squabbling.

India has been devastated over the centuries by Jihad. They lost Pakistan, they are losing Kashmir and the Muslims have been waging another Jihad against the Indian country. They are brutal and kidnap/rape their children. They do the other violence too and we never hear about it unless it is a ‘big one’ from our mainstream (pathetic) news who are more likely than not to disregard any Islamic terms like our administration does in compliance with Shaira laws. Sharia laws tell us we are not to criticize Islam so Obama takes out all Islamic terms in regards to terror.

Anyway, back to my point. We helped the Jihad by our funding Pakistan. Musharraf admitted to taking our money in that Jihad. This is why I think all funds to all Muslim countries should be stopped. They look at it as jizya payments and they are some of the most corrupt governments there are. They fund Jihadists and the fight against the Israelis, and the Hindus, and we all know of the persecution of the Christians going on over there too.

The Muslims have bought alot of prominence on the internet as well as YouTube…

It is better Catholics turn to the Mass, Rosary and penance as these will provide more for conversions than anything like what you are witnessing…

Remember – the son of a Hamas leader is now a deeply converted Christian, knowing he is on the hit list…He said in about 10 years, Islam will implode within itself.

Another lady who grew up in a Muslim country and is now in her 60’s is also saying that the fundamentalism we are seeing today was not like the Islam she knew when she was young.

what reason did they give for banning you?
None. 😛 They couldn’t supply one, appearently. I was accused in later threads of “evangelizing” even though I was only trying to defend myself and my beliefs from one of the user’s slanders. They were much more “evangelistic” than me. Which means ear-bashing in Buddhist. 🤷 I made it clear that I wasn’t in any sort of mood to argue.

I saw a video that indicated even the Muslims are talking about the mass exodus from Islam. It seems that there are still some here in the West who - I think that they think Islam is cool who revert. But even at that more than 75% end out leaving it.

Islam is not what it is cracked up to be. It is very little about the inner self but mostly how to deal, think about, etc with the unbelievers. It is mostly political. Even Muslims call it a deen, or din (with a tic over the ‘i’) - “Din e-Sif”, or religion of the sword.

I’ve surfed youtube plenty of times and not encountered any Muslim anti-Christian videos. If they are indeed there, I think it’s so Muslims can entertain each other, sorta like “Achmed The Dead Terrorist” is there for non-Muslims’ amusement. Then there is the idea that they attack Christianity so much because Islam deep down has an inferiority complex. In any event, don’t let it bother you. “Blessed are you when people persecute you…”, so just laugh it off.

The human rights of millions of Christians being persecuted, driven from their homes and their children kidnapped and raped is a very real one in Muslim countries and around their borders. I should include Hindus also since the Jihadist threat in India is very real.

The crimes against non-Muslims in Europe is rising (Eurasia, While Europe Slept, Menace in Europe) and especially against Jews. Antisemitism is rising, and I have been experiencing that in the UC Campuses here in California. We have gone rounds with the leadership and the Muslim Student Unions, or Associations, that are behind this growing trend. This growing antisemitism is not unique on the UC campuses either, it is growing around the USA and Canada.

You are right though, the worst human rights disasters are in Muslim countries. They still have slavery, they abuse their women and children, and the people who are subjugated under Islam.

And the propaganda that the Muslims are the ones being abused is just that - propaganda. There is little factual basis to it. In those books I mention, the crimes against Musilms is almost non-existent. If a non-Muslim goes into one of the Muslim ‘sensitive areas’ they take their lives in their hands. There are riots perpetrated by Muslims and they rename them to ‘Asians’, or ‘youths’, and are being dishonest in the media. Jews are fleeing such countries as Sweden of all places. I know a German lady who say the Muslims are using ‘Nazi like’ tactics in Germany. And she is a Christian, not a Jew, who fled Germany because she saw a growing threat. Well, one day there will be nowhere to flee because this unrest is here on our shores too.

Non-muslims have no rights or freedoms under Sharia laws. When they accept subjugation under Islam they got a right to be a Christian or a Jew, but not much else. And they are to feel humiliated. And people not of the book, or selected groups, don’t even have the option of subjugation. They only have the options of dying or reverting to Islam.

That is the real human rights disasters. More Muslims die by Muslim violence than by anyone else. And even al-Husseini was noted to use Jewish bodies to claim that they were Muslims killed by others to claim that the Muslims were the victims. Just as Hamas did in the Gaza/Israeli war, just as Hezbollah did in the Israeli/Lebanon war, the Jihadists hide behind women and children and if they die will use them as propaganda.
no disagreement here. i have already stated that i am well aware of the problems within islam. i could also write a list of atrocites committed against INNOCENT muslims by christians. 🤷 what would be the point? both sides are wrong. both need to be dealt with. the difference is i am not going to lump the INNOCENT in with the guilty. you stated in one of your post, you hate islam like your hindu friends. thats interesting. hindus also persecute christians, and kill their relatives that convert. i think you need to actually meet a muslim. and have dinner, and discuss your different views. maybe over a nice cup of chi. its its very good. and there are many, some of whom i know, who are helping out, in our efforts against the extremist. they are behind the scenes. peace 🙂

Once again I will state this because I did write it before. One is following their prophet and the other is not following Jesus. And usually we hear about atrocities that are non-existent. If you want to talk about history of centuries ago then say so because I don’t feel like it.

And here is the problem that I see in Islam. Jihad is to be waged by the pen, the word (taqiyya included), their wealth, and/or by violence.

As for the Hindus, yes I have some Hindu friends. Yes I am aware of their hatred of Christians and that doesn’t seem to bother us. So what is your point? I am supposed to hate them for that? I don’t hate the Muslims. I DO hate Islam. And by the way - the Hindus are not shoving some sort of ‘hindu laws’ down our throats and telling us that the violence is our fault or that they are the victims due to some redefinition of words that go like this: because we didn’t answer the call to Hinudism the violence perpetrated against us is our fault.

do you think that I am that naive I don’t work with them? I live in the Bay Area - we are having some serious problems with them attacking Jews here too. I have been involved with the Jews in an email campaign to stop the vote against divestment. I have also been involved with not only notifying others about the problems at the UC system, and on standby if they need me down at UC San Diego or UC Irvine. (I am not down there now because I have a prior commitment to an elderly mother and an overwhelmed sister-in-law so am taking up some of the responsibilities to take her to appointments this week). The antisemitism is rampant and we need to stand up to them and tell them it is unacceptable behavior.

Qwerk, some people are able to see and compare apples to apples. Some people compare apples to marbles and then claim these marbles to be born of apples.

You are right. But if I were you, I wouldn’t waste time arguing over this as it is apparent that the person is blind. One should just wipe the dust off their feet and wait for kingdom come.

Proverbs 14:7 Stay away from a foolish man, for you will not find knowledge on his lips.

Thanks for your support. I guess I latch on like a bulldog sometimes. I will ease off and let go.

Thanks again.

actually, im not talking about atrocites committed centuries ago. the former yugoslavia comes to mind, and the christian lebanese slaughtering muslims in refugee camps comes to mind. yes im aware of the antisemitism going on in the bay area, and i despise this also. but again. these are muslim EXTREMIST. not the average muslim on the street. im going to let this go also. we are not going to see eye to eye. Peace 🙂

Trust the they are there, there are hundreds of thousands of which try to prove tha because jesus prayed or cursed a fig tree that hes not god etc and is really a muslim. Literally hundreds of thousands. i think weneed to more than laugh it off but rather engage these lies so as to preven other catholcis being taken in

Deus, like many other religions, catholics are usually not lost because someone tells them lies, but because they lose hope in what they currently believe in.

It is true even in islam. Most muslims are able to accept it when someone tells them their religion is a farce. And they really do just remain as muslims even after knowing these things or facts that reveal the falsehood in their religion. UNTIL…when within their communities they start to feel out-of-place, out of sync or simply put off by the behavior of their fellow brethrens.

Humans are community beings. People can and will stick together even for lies. How many really would be independent enough to want to stand OUTSIDE for the truth? Very very few.

Note: That’s why Jesus would rather those who cause their brethrens to fall, to tie a huge boulder round their necks and go kill themselves by drowning!

If catholics are serious about keeping their fellows in the fold, it is paramount that they take quick action against the perpetrators of the faith within their fold, and denounce these shames as UN-christian. The perceived stature of holiness must be re-instated, truth must always be upheld, AT ALL COSTS!

.

as for the Serbian atrocities committed against the Bosnians there were bad actions committed on both sides. And what is often overlooked is that when the Turks invaded the Balkans during the 1500’s they did much the same thing, massacring raping, enslaving children for the janissaries etc and the resentment it caused was partially responsible for the Serbian hated of Muslims which resulted those brutal atrocities

. Im not saying the Serbs were justified by no means but that we have to always examine the context of such events. Likewise the Lebanese murder of Palestinians in those refugee camops were a response to bashir gemayel the Lebanese president and his family getting assainated Again this does not excuse the practice but always helps to examine the context which reveals that both religion are guilt of injustices and atrocities as it is human nature to hate and kill or in the case of the sebs resenting bosnians for the actions of their fellow muslims 500 years ealier. all human beings from any religion are capable of it

yes, but that is the difference my friend. you do no see it as an excuse for what the other side did. thats been my point all along. and im sure unlike some other posters, you do not condemn the whole of the muslim people for these videos. if you want you can find thousands of videos of fundamentalist christians posting anti Catholic videos. they are not much better. but im not going to condemn all of protestantism for the errors of the few. its the same spirit either way. Peace 🙂

I read about the Muslim atrocities committed to Serbian resistance fighters who were impaled and then staked along roadways as a warning to others…Bosnia was the one that had the child tax…where the oldest son was handed over to become Muslim and be come a fighter.

To this day Muslim Bosnians will call the Serbs Bosnians to deliberately upset them, that admitted by Muslim Bosnian here awhile back. There was another area in Bosnia that was Orthodox Serb, and a Youtube video showed some of the Bosnian Muslims fearlessly running across the top of one of their churches, jumping up on the Cross on top of the roof and rocking and swinging it back and forth, with a crowd of Muslim men below clapping and shouting, and the cross eventually breaking and falling to the ground…this happening in 2005.

You do not see the Christians abusing mosques like you see the Muslims do all over the world.

The problem with Islam is that you can’t pray it away with the rosary. You have to also physically oppose it and for most people, it becomes too hard. I believe there truly is a demonic spirit attached to Islam that makes it so entrenched wherever it goes. And to remove it from a geographic area requires alot of bloodshed…Note Spain, Sardinia and Sicily…one of the few that regained their freedom.

As far as the Protestant anti-Catholic films go, it is about par and some day people who do such things will also be judged.

I don’t understand how it would annoy a Bosnian Serb to be called “Bosnian”. It’s what they are. There are three “Constitutive Peoples” that make up Bosnia: Bosniaks (Bosnian Muslims), Serbs, and Croats They basically break down along religious and cultural lines; there isn’t so much in terms of DNA that separates them. Serbs are generally Orthodox and write their dialect in Cyrillic, Croats are general Catholic and write their dialect in Latin, Bosniaks are generally Muslim and have occasionally used a variant of the Arabic alphabet (though they generally use Latin). All three “languages” are mutually intelligible, but for nationalistic reasons are treated with separate standards according to whichever group is being talked about (this is similar to the situation in India and Pakistan; the language that is spoken by Hindus and written in the Devanagari script known as “Hindi” is known as “Urdu” when written by Muslims in a variant of the Arabic alphabet in Pakistan, or even in India).

When I was much younger and more ignorant I would have condemned all Muslims for terrorist attacks or something like that but now I know you cannot as Catholics or Christians in general have done just as brutal things so we cant complain and it is not the way of christ damn 1.5 billion people for the actions of a few . For a true understanding of both religions you need to examine the teachings,
