That is what I’ve been saying all along.As far as I’m concerned, if her conversion to Islam meant that she could no longer do the job for which she was hired, then she needs to resign and get another job. She had a work-around for a while with her colleagues, and that was okay, as long as it was okay with those colleagues. Apparently, it wasn’t okay.
Perhaps, had she gone to her employer first, they could have/would have made an accommodation, and she wouldn’t be in this situation at all.
