But why… what caused all of this… { one asks }…???
You must be talking about me since you quoted me.Why do some so-called Christians feel the need pass off a statement from an unheard of, obscure Islamic group in Indonesia as representing the majority of Muslims worldwide?

I dunno. Maybe the same reason that some Muslims feel that it is necessary to attribute the Crusades to American foreign policy. Why do some so-called Christians feel the need pass off a statement from an unheard of, obscure Islamic group in Indonesia as representing the majority of Muslims worldwide?

Oh yeah, I can just imagine…
We see this kind of stuff all the time! No Christian or other minorities are allowed freedom of religion in Muslim countries, and are persecuted relentlessly, yet Muslims here in the U.S. have complete freedom to do so and to preach hatred and violence against the rest of us at their mosques. From the same newspaper from the OP
‘Call to Arms’ the Latest Chapter in City’s Simmering Religious Tensions
OK… ummmm… what…??? Pray in a Church and we’ll shut it down…
Is there anything that does not offend the muslims/islam…?
I’m lost for commentary words at this point -
Muslims are not even at peace with each other. They fight among themselves and blow each other up with glee!We as Christians should empathize with all believers in Jesus Christ. There is a group called, ‘Save the Martyrs’, that is non-denominational and they are suffering tremendously.
It doesn’t matter if it is even one person…to suffer and die for Christ in one aspect be their highway to heaven…but the effects it does to those who love them…is both strengthening and very sad…
These martyrs are filling up the chalice…and it will continue.
I read some old readings that insinuate a future conflict with invading Muslim forces into traditionally Christian countries…it could happen because people all over the world with the help of the internet are learning more and more all the time.
For Muslims to be at peace with each other in their own countries is very good, but they should not put away the sword and desire for world wide domination because that will only bring war and death to everyone.
