So do you have a link, or not?
Dispite your stupidity, blindness and ignorance. You are my brother and I like you just for that, so I’m going to help you out here. I also like your defense of Christianity, but you have to have knowledge in order to do this, ok?

Here is the favor: Look at the quote you quoted in post 13.

Take care Flare!

And it’s a link to a search results page, like I already told you. You think this is serious evidence? So give us a link already.

As a person who travels and talk to people world wide yes I do, believe this. The stories from CNN and NY Times etc, match with what I see with my own eyes.

Talking about Spanish people and Islam and Columbus day just leaving us. Do you know that Most of the people on Columbus’s ships were Muslims? The reconquest ended around the same time, and Esabella gave him current prisioners to sail off with who were Muslims.

So not only Muslims built America, but Black and Hispanic Muslims built America, becasue the slaves from West Africa were also Muslims.

None? It’s okay… I’m sure the fact that you figured out how to type in “fastest growing religion today” into a search engine, combined with calling me stupid, blind, and ignorant is evidence enough to back up your claims.

If this is true why did we not see a resurgence of Islam within the black communities after the Civil War in the mainly Southern states? Most if not all Black slaves accepted Christianity when they arrived. Maybe they werent as solidly Muslim as you may want us to believe. Either way if their faith had been strong on that long trip across the Atlantic there would have been many clues that they were Muslim in their writings, traditions, songs and evidence of the Koran. This I dont see at all in any reading of history of the South prior to the Civil War.

It’s simple. The history has been corrputed. :rotfl:

It would’ve been illegal in most states at that time. And even where it was not strictly illegal, missionizing by Muslims could very well have spurred death squads.

Accepted? You mean: were forced to accept by their masters who demanded it of them.

It’s not likely they were majority or even significant minority Muslim. I agree with you on that.

But they certainly didn’t accept Christianity freely. They were forced to accept it, and could be tortured and killed for continuing with their traditional beliefs.

I read where there is a phenomenal growth of late in the interest in Islam from the Hispanic communities in Florida and the Southwestern states. Historically conservative second generation Hispanics have a lot in common with Islam such as immigration, poverty, emphasis on family, and minority status.
Do you listen to Michael Savage by chance?

Not if their history was wiped away from them. Blacks were beaten and deprived of practicing Islam. Have you ever watched Kunte Kintw where Hunta was forced to eat pork and forced to change his name? Ripping him of his culture and relious identity? Fortunately they are reading more and more now, and relizing that Islam is their religion.

…about 25 percent are of South Asian descent, Arabs represent another 12 percent and nearly half are converts, primarily African-Americans.

Sorry, I aint buying it. Have you ever heard of passing down traditions from one generation to another? Thats not to say that a small minority may have had an up bringing in Islam but if it were as prominent as you want us to believe then we certainly would have seen major evidences in their culture and writings. After the Civil War many blacks were elected to houses of congress. What an opportunity to voice their Islamic voices. But did they? Nope.

Heres what I think: The slaves that were bought and sold in Africa were slaves of African Muslim overlords who owned the lands that these former African slaves toiled in themselves. Maybe some of the Muslim slave owners faith filtered down to their slaves prior to them being sold to white European slave traders. This would make more sense.

Okay I mean not to argue, but this has sparked my curiousity. Okay I am from South Louisiana. There is quite a bit of voodoo down here, so if the African slaves were Moslems then why did they bring voodoo? BTW I am not saying voodoo is rampant because its not, but it has its place to where it thrives. God speed.

That is not true. Which of the crew were Muslim? Don’t tell us the Pinzon brothers were Muslims or Rodrigo de Triana was a Muslim. They were Catholics.

In another thread you mentioned you are a police officer in New York. Thats a profession I have a lot of respect for and I commend you for that.
However if its like police in other countries pay is unfortunately not great and neither do they get much time off. I was just wondering how you manage to travel and talk to people worldwide. The way you have worded it makes it sound like you do this regularly and extensively. I’m curious to know where you have been and how often so we can judge if your opening para makes sense!

If it’s true, then they must be pretty ignorant.
Care to elaborate? how can a nationality of people be ignorrant because of their Relgious choice? I mean we are all ignorrant by that token, please explain more when you post

Source.

They have to go somewhere…

OKAY>>>? Protestant, Muslims??? what did I miss?

To see what the USCCB has to say about it, click here.

well there is always 3 sides in every story the truth which is never disclosed, 1 side then the other side.

To fully understand we have to study the subject which we are talking about instead of following news clips. The news, they are in for ratings. Wheteher it be Religion, race, immigration, or politics thr TRUTH is not important.
God Bless,

Well, Mohammedanism is spreading everywhere, like a plague.

Numbers mean nothing, only that fewer souls will be saved. We must be strong and faithful in the agressive faces of the Mohammedans.
What is Mohamadism?

ha hah hahaha thats cute I heard in a news link people had used that once a long time before, but didnt know people still did.

I had to study Islam for school, then it was interesting when I put MY bias aside and kept studying a little bit. It isnt like us or actually I should say Christianity becase its not the study of Catholic or Christ. Actually they consider that almost worshipping him and they worship nonw but God hence the word “Islam” which in Arabic means “Total submission”

what are the true teachings of Jesus ( PIH) in Quran?
Lets ask the Muslim guy?

I studied some but I couldn’t tell you all of it. Like all Religion’s I eventually let go with my personal bias. I do know they highly regard Jesus and do beleive he was born of a virgin birth and was sent by God. However NOT as his son which as different as it sounds, it feels a lil better. I could never, especially lately, figure out how God would Know his son would be murderd and allow it, for us?!?!?!? I wouldn’t!

Christianity is spreading everywhere as well especially in Africa. And those who convert to Islam, 75 percent leave it within 5 years by the admission of muslims.
Yes I heard this I wonder if its because its so different, strict because they follow Gods commanments, and or because of all the criticism they face. One young woman told me all of the above for her.

It’s simple. The history has been corrputed. :rotfl:
History HAS been corrupted, take for example “Christopher Columbus discovered America”, umm yea…so??? ummmm what exactly were the indians who already owned the land doing here?!

I cant say how corrupted we are. I wasn’t around but it is corrupted. 😦

Yes this is true I have to agree with you on this point. When I was taking CULTURAL DIVERSITY ACROSS AMERICA we had to study this. Not all Blacks were Muslims but 90 % were.
