Thank you…but there are Christians who no matter what you do,they say “oh no ,you are following a fake Islam ,while those few are following the True Islam”

And there is something in Islamic Figh called “Fard Ain” and “Fard Kefayh”. the first term means obligatory on every Muslim , while the latter means if some Muslims do the obligation ,the obligation on the rest of the Muslims is not required but if no one does the obligation ,everyone is guilty.

so the action of speaking out against the crimes is Fard Kefayh…so for this incident,a group of Malaysian Muslims (scholars or leaders) should speak out against it in order to prevent it from happening again…unless you want me personally to travel to Malaysia and do the job.
Well, if someone is a faithful Christian then you must understand it is their goal to spread the good news to everyone. We call all other religions flawed, and we hold our religion as truth. So perhaps that is what you are really hearing from Catholics or other Christians. Also, we are all sinners so it is quite possible that you have been talking to some uncharitable Christians.

That’s not a very accurate representation. I just want to assure you that there are plenty of Christians who are quite rational and mature enough to recognize a good Muslim when there is one. You have spoken against the very act of those Muslims who desecrated what Catholics hold very sacred. These are bad Muslims. Even your own teaching forbid this kind of action. So thanks God you don’t condone them. In other word ,you don’t belong to this group of people as far as their action is concerned.

The reason why the OP brought up this topic because if it is the other way round, there would be riot. And that is true and proven. Not so with Christians as have been mentioned here. We don’t go up and riot and kill Muslims for what their brethrens did to us. I think it is this difference that this thread wants to highlight.

Fair enough, this may be down to the adherents and not the religion. Well, I hate to say this here, while for Christians it is obvious, Jesus says, " love your enemy as yourself … pray for those who persecute you …", it is not so very clear for Muslims. Mohammad had it on record that he had a person assasinated who insulted him. If the Muslim prophet is the exemplary human being and to be followed in all his actions, is it any surprise that some Muslims took to the street and even did the killing when he is being insulted?
