Can you please explain this to me?

In the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, he said, “Judgment day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Muslims will kill the Jews, and then the Jews will hide behind stones or trees, and the stone or the tree will say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him - except for the Gharqad, which is a tree of the Jews.”

our prophet (pbuh) told us about many signs which will come to happen in the future , many of his prophesys are allrady gone and others not come yet

but what of the stones and trees talking? Is this to be interpreted literally?

We either accept these things as fact or as a metaphor. If you cannot accept it as a fact then it’s a metaphor. As long as it is impossible to accept the facts…

if we interpret (the hadith) metaphorically , then It is not impossible that “the tree and the stone will speak” refers to the advanced scientific instruments that warn you about people.

the Prophet has told us that the time will come when man will talk without using his voice – the cell-phone, the cordless phone. This cordless phone – where did it come from? From the earth. Plastic comes from petroleum. The wires, the iron, and the copper – where do they come from? From the earth. Furthermore, some communication devices are now made of wood.

But isn’t it possible that the tree and stone will actually talk? That the tree itself will talk, and the stone itself will talk?

it has been proven scientifically that the trees and the stones have languages of their own. But we don’t have the ability to invent the instruments that will convey the tree’s voice and the stone’s voice to us.

Science has progressed so much that there are instruments that are placed in gardens. The plant produces certain waves, which are received by the instrument, and the plant says: “I am thirsty, water me, I am sick, heal me.”

so , what this hadeeth meaning to us ? it means to us that the battle will arise beween muslims and jews , and the victory will be for muslims

If the six day war is any indication of whose side God is on, my ‘money’ is on Israel.

While were on the subject of Israel, Israel ‘gave birth’ to the Messiah Jesus, God in the flesh. Seeing as He was raised from the dead just as He said He would, my ‘money’ is on Jesus being God and not any other being who has taken on the name of the Creator (a false god).

Might doesn’t make right; the Holy Spirit living us changes us and we become truly righteous.

jbm, I have also heard of that Hadith. And there are a few other too. But I do not believe in any such Hadith which is not fairdeal. I know another Hadith which describes the coming of the Promised Messiah amongst Muslims. He will land early in the morning (Near damascus) when the Muslims will be ready for morning prayers (Fajr).

An Imam Mehdi will already have arrived well before the Messiah. The Imam will request the Messiah to lead the prayers. The Messiah will refuse to lead and will say that the Imam should himself lead the prayers. Many Muslims will be waiting for that prayer.

So Imam Mehdi will lead the Muslims in prayer and the Messiah will pray in the leadership of the Imam Mehdi. Soon after the prayers, the Promised Messiah will lead all the Muslims into battle against the anti-christ (Dajjal), and he (Messiah) will kill the anti-christ.

The present day maulvis are ( or had been ) describing the above scenerio of the battle. I have read their articles myself. They were describing things ss if it was all from some authentic Hadith.

But I am sure that is all untrue. Probably, the hadith quoted by jbm may be an ending part of the one that I have described above. There is no such thing. It is not true for many reasons.( I should not give those reasons here).

Now I tell here another more authentic Hadith. It is telling us that the Prophet Muhammad said "My Ummah will follow in the footsteps of the earlier nations (exactly), that is in the footsteps of the Jews and the christians. There will be no difference in their acts (bad deeds).

According to that Hadith, the present day Muslims are the old time Jews and the christians. I believe this Hadith to be true.
