J C, There is no intentional insult from me. If you think that “There was a word and word was with God and word was God.” I do not understand or believe that sort of thing. I do not believe that Jesus was God. Perhaps you think that is an insult?? Or I said something bad about Catholics.??? Please point out to me the post number. Thanks.

9. WE do not believe in terrorism or Jihad with weapons. But we believe in peaceful gentle propagation of all faiths at all places. The propagation should not be abusive.
10. We believe in LOve for All and hatred for None. We expect some Love in return too.
11. We do not believe that any verse of Quran is abrogated.
12. We believe in all the angels of God.
13. We believe all the books of God.
14. We believe in all the prophets and messengers of God.
15. WE do not differentiate between any messenger of God.
16. We believe that all messengers (including Moses, Jesus and Muhammad) have died a natural death. None of them is bodily alive now. Their Spirit lives.
17. We believe in the accounatability of the next world.
18. We believe that the good people will go to paradise in next world. They will remain in paradise never to come out of there.
19. The evil ones will go to hell. They will remain in hell for a (limited) prescribed period.
20. WE love Jesus and Mary and would respect them, more than any one else. But that respect will not allow us to make them God or son of God. That would be blasphemy as the Jews also consider it blasphemy.

I have told a few beliefs. There are many sects in Islam. Some sects may not agree with a few of above things. But it is mostly as i have described above. Please forgive anything which is not to your taste.

- Muslims believe that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is a servant and messenger of Allah.
- That Muhammad was a man and messenger of God just like all the other messengers of God.
- We believe that God has no son or wife or family.
- WE do not believe that entire mankind is a born sinner, i.e. even a new born baby is sinner. We do not believe that.
- WE do not believe that death of one innocent person can take away the sins of all sinners of this world. We believe in help / intercession which is available in this world by way of prayer and will be available in the next world by intercession / recommendation.
- We believe that every soul has to bear its own burden.
- We believe that there is only One God. He has no parts or partners.
- We believe that all prophets / messengers of God have died, none is now bodily living.

Planten…you say that all prophets have died…but doesn’t your koran say that Jesus did not die? Doesn’t the koran say that he was rescued from the cross…or that a look a like was crucified in His place and that he was brought to heaven by His Father God? And if you believe the books of God…why don’t you believe the Bible?

Luke, Chapter 1, verse 35 (WEB):

It was only a message well before any marriage or chance of marriage to Mary about the grant of a grown up son to her . It had nothing to do with any conception. The message was not for any baby boy. It was for a grown up son. And the message contained many good (great) things, news, about that son.

But people start attaching that message to the problem of conception or the birth of a child. Even though Mary is telling about how the son will be born. That is to prove her pious mind and pious life, and that she had not till then been betrothed or married.

Quran is describing all these things in beautiful detail. Quran is telling that son (Jesus) will not die in young age. He will grow up to be a good, great person. He will not die by any accident too. But he will live, grow up and will be chosen as a prophet of God. He will teach and preach the message to his people… All that is included in the word… Please understand.
No I DON’T UNDERSTAND, because the stories of Jesus’s birth, and other stories, i.e. his crucifixion in the koran is altered!, fabricated!!
There is a news (in the Quran) of breathing of spirit into Mary and also into Jesus. That breathing of spirit has nothing to do with conception. That breath is from the holy spirit (Gabriel) and that is meant to raise the spiritual status of the persons, Jesus and Mary. Not to make them pregnant. Spirit was breathed into Adam too. That was not to concieve a child.
Okay so Jesus if is the Spirit of Allah, i.e. Ruhullah, then Jesus is not a mere human, but an Angel, and not any Angel, but Angel Gabriel !!!, because according to islam, Angel Gabriel = Holy Spirit, correct??

You can believe what you want, but most of those beliefs contradict Judeo-Christian scriptures, so Islam cannot be descended from Abraham; and therefore, Mohammed could not have been a prophet of God. He might have been a prophet of some other god, but not the God of the Bible. If something is the word of the perfect God, then it should not contain errors and self-contradictions. So, if Mohammed and the Koran contradict the apostles and scriptures that they both affirm and rely upon [which they do], then we can conclude that Islam is not from the God of the Bible.

Now see…this is what causes my frustration with you. WE have nothing in common with Jewish beliefs? HUH? We have their old testament. Jesus…God made flesh…was Jewish! You have a way with speaking mealy mouthed! You make no sense. You bring out the worse in me and others.
Christ was on earth as a Jew. Christians have the Jewish bible as our old testament. We venerate the Jewish saints of the old testament. We believe the prophet Isaiah when he prophesises Jesus as the Son of God. What do you have in common with Jews and Christians? How many Jews and Christians walk into crowded street markets and blow themselves up and kill innocent people so they can get to heaven and screw 72 virgins?

Quran says that Jesus did not die on the cross. But it does not mean he never died. Allah promised a natural death to Jesus when Jesus prayed to him (3:55). Allah also promised Jesus that he will raise Jesus in ranks towards Himself (after death) (3:55). Jesus was saved from death on the cross. He migrated from that land and he was well honored in a foreign land where he lived like a prince and prophet, and died.
Quran say, “Every soul has to taste death.”

We Muslism also believe in all the saints and prophets of the Jews including King David and King Soloman. But you deny that David and Soloman were any prophets of God. You see where you aprt your ways with the Jews!!!

The law brings a curse, it does not say the law is a curse.
The law offers justice.
Outside of the law you are cursed unless you have a way of redemption.
Kristos brings redemption, shown mercy and love so any can have heart for the law, that is true desire to be inside of the law.
If one desires the law and shows mercy to those outside they to will have the same mercy.
Those who refuse mercy are hung on the tree.
The Quran teaches same, you are entitled to justice but mercy is better.

I would suggest if this has merit it is arguing about definition of words. All three agree prophets and kings are subject to G-d and are in aspiration for His glory.
Such nit picking of linguistic understanding divides people who profess aspiration to serve the G-d of Abraham (pbuh).

For example:

There is no wait if you will. It says, you wait and I wait too. Don’t hurry.
